How to Select Your Dates
Option 1: Fill out the Electronic Reservation Form.
Option 2: Call our Box Office at (973) 395-5551 ext. 11, during office hours (Tuesday-Friday, 10am-3pm), or call our Administrative Assistant at ext. 10. If for any reason you are unable to reach us, please leave a message including your full name, your email address, the date of your choice, and your phone number.
We encourage you to select your dates as early as possible to ensure availability. As a Season Pass holder, you may change your performance dates up to 24 hours in advance. Luna Cards are not valid admission into any performance, so please remember to pick up your tickets at the Box Office when you arrive.
How to Exchange Tickets for an Alternate Date
As Season Passholders, you may exchange your tickets for alternative performance dates up to 24 hours before curtain (Thursdays/Previews Only Season Passholders may exchange tickets for other Thursday and Preview performances). We will do our very best to accommodate your exchanges and desired dates, but we do ask that you try to handle all exchanges prior to the opening date of a given show. If exchanges are requested late in the run of a show, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your exchange or desired dates.

When to Pick Up Your Tickets
Reserved Season Pass tickets should be picked up from the Box Office 15 minutes prior to curtain. If you have a reservation and do not pick up your tickets prior to this time, we cannot guarantee seating at that performance or that exchanges will be possible. Unfortunately, if you do not attend your reserved performance and did not notify our office prior to 24 hours of the performance time, we will be unable to make any exchanges.
All seating is general admission.
Late seating is at the discretion of management and is not available for every production.
Your ticket(s) will be held at the Box Office under your name. Please go to the Box Office in the main lobby when you arrive to the theatre and pick up your tickets. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt for proof of purchase, and is not necessary to redeem your tickets for the performance.
Vouchers
You will also receive one voucher per Season Pass. The voucher is valid for one ticket to any performance during our 2018-2019 Season (excludes Opening Night). You may use the voucher to see a show more than once or give it as a gift!
There are two easy ways to use your MainStage voucher. The first is by choosing the Electronic Reservation Form above, selecting "Using a Voucher," completing and submitting it. The second is to call us at (973) 395-5551 ext. 11, during our office hours, and give us your full name, the name of the person using the voucher, your email address, your phone number, and the voucher number. That's it!
You or your guest must present the original Voucher at the Box Office on or before the day of the performance to be exchanged for an actual ticket.
Luna Card
With your Season Pass comes your Luna Card. This card offers ongoing discounts at local restaurants and other spots, right here in the Valley Arts District! Simply present your card at each participating establishment to receive the listed discounts as many times as you like, all throughout the season.

Cards and discounts are non-transferable. Season Pass cards are not usable for admission into any performance; please remember to pick up your tickets at the Box Office when you arrive.
How to Get to Luna
Luna Stage is easily accessible by car or rail from all points in New Jersey and NYC. Our theatre has a small parking lot, and there is street parking in the neighborhood. If you are driving to Luna, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seat selection.

Accessibility
Our building is ADA compliant and fully accessible. If you or your guest have special needs and require specific seating, please make note of this when making your reservation or call our office at least 24 hours ahead of time at (973) 395-5551 to notify management.
