How to Select Your Dates
Option #1: Fill out the Electronic Reservation Form.
Option #2: Email your preferred dates to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Option #3: Call the Box Office at (973) 395-5551 during office hours (Tuesday-Friday 10:30 am-3:00 pm) or leave a message at Extension 201.
We strongly suggest you select your dates as early as possible. Remember, as Season Pass holders, you may change your performance dates up to 24 hours in advance. Season Pass cards cannot be used as admission into any performance, please make sure to pick up your tickets at the box office when you arrive.
The building is ADA compliant and fully accessible. If you have special needs and require specific seating, please make note of this when making your reservation or call the office at least 24 hours ahead of time at (973) 395-5551 to alert management.
How to Exchange Tickets for an Alternate Date
As Season Pass Holders, you may exchange your tickets for alternative performance dates up to 24 hours before curtain (Thursdays/Previews Only Season Pass holders may only exchange their tickets for other Thursdays and Preview performances). We will do our very best to accommodate your exchanges and desired dates, but we do ask that you try to handle all exchanges prior to the opening date of a given show. If exchanges are requested late in the run of a show, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your exchange or desired dates.
To exchange tickets with 48 hours or more advance notice, you may call 973-395-5551 or email email@example.com.
To exchange tickets with between 24 and 48 hours advance notice, please call 973-395-5551. Please do not email.
When to Pick Up Your Tickets
All Season Pass reservations must be picked up from the box office 15 minutes prior to curtain. If you have a reservation and do not pick up your tickets prior to this time, we cannot guarantee seating at that performance, and no exchanges will be made. If you opt not to come to the theatre for the performance you have reserved, and you have not notified our office within 24 hours of the performance time, no exchanges or refunds will be given.
All seating is general admission.
Late seating is at the discretion of management.
Your tickets will be held at the box office under your name. Please go to the box office when you arrive to the theatre and pick up your tickets. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt for proof of purchase, but is not necessary to redeem your tickets for the performance.
Share The Wealth! Vouchers!
Each Season Pass Holder should receive one voucher. The voucher(s) are valid for one ticket to any preview performance during our 2016-2017 Season.
You may use a voucher for yourself to see a show more than once, use it to bring a guest with you when you attend a show, or give it as gift to someone else to attend on their own. The only requirement is that the person using the voucher contact the office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (973-395-5551 Tues.-Fri. 10:30am-3pm) and make a reservation.
To reserve using the voucher, all we will need is a name, an email contact and the voucher number. You or your guest must present the Voucher at the box office the day of the performance.

How to Get to Luna
Luna Stage is easily accessible by car or rail from all points in New Jersey and NYC. The theatre has a small parking lot and there is parking available on the street. If you are driving to Luna, it is advisable to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seat selection.

As a perk of your Season Pass, you may enjoy ongoing discounts at many wonderful local restaurants (and purchases as a wonderful local art gallery).
One of the perks of being a Season Pass holder is you that can take advantage of discounts offered to you at local businesses. Simply present your card at each establishment to receive the listed discounts as many times as you like all throughout the 2016-2017 Season (through June 30, 2017).
Cards and discounts are non-transferable. Season Pass cards cannot be used as admission into any performance, please make sure to pick up your tickets at the box office when you arrive.
